  • The Soda Factory

Hidden behind the guise of ‘Bobby’s Boss Dogs’, a phoney fifties’ coke machine creates a secret entrance to a space you’d never expect – The Soda Factory – Surry Hills’ late-night sweet spot. Stripped back plaster present the stunning industrial brick bones of this beautiful old building, with intricate murals and neon signs adorning the walls.

The food offering is aimed firmly at American diner food. Complete with diner style booths and high tables in the front and back bar, you can expect juicy burgers, mouth-watering gourmet hot-dogs, fried chicken and their signature mac n’ cheese.

The bar’s flavour-focused, unpretentious cocktail list has a playful edge that includes nostalgic numbers like ice-cream spiders, bubble-gum infusions or strawberries and cream. There’s something for everyone!

Expect a regular showcase of live performers, bands and international DJ’s to engineer your nights out. From chill in the early evening to some sweet, sweet d-floor action later on, The Soda Factory is your one-stop party destination.
