Factory Fridays ft. RUOK Day & Emily Hanks

We are HUGELY inspired by the work of R U OK? and are proud to say we will be continuing to support the cause this year, raising funds through a series of donation-based, heart-warming, wellness and mental-health focused activities on Friday, September 13th at The Soda Factory.
A day of meditation, yoga, puppy cuddles & cocktails!
For this extra special event, doors open at 2:45PM. We are thrilled to be partnering up with Denise Jarvie for the group meditation, Rachel Falconer for the yoga classes & Sydney Dogs and Cats Home for puppy cuddles and conversations around animal companionship and mental health.
Make sure to come in early, as puppies have bedtimes, and will be at The Soda Factory between 5-6PM.
Entry into the event and all activities will be donation based. All activities require pre-registation (Click the button below)
The more people that know about R U OK?, the greater the impact.
We’ll also have Emily Hanks performing live and The Soda DJ’s spinning beats until very very late.
Spaces are limited – so please send in your request for placement. Confirmations will be first-in, best-dressed.
